Default Should I Move 200 company cell phones from Nextel to Sprint or Verizon?

OK so here is the deal. I have 200 Nextel Lines That all my staff hate. I have 50 Verizon (NYSE: VZ) lines that all my staff love including myself. I have a contract for like 150 of the nextel lines that will cost me $200 per line early termination fee to move ($30,000).

Verizon has told me they will give me a credit of $100 per line that I bring over ($20,000). Sprint (NYSE: S) said that if I go with them they will pay my entire early termination fee to the company that they own Nextel.

So the question is pay $10,000 and go with Verizon, or pay nothing and go with Sprint. I have a Sprint demo and it has worked OK, but I hear horror stories.

Any advice is very helpful.

Mike

So Sprint (NYSE: S) owns nextel, and you don't have to pay to move them to sprint. The only problem is your staff dont like nextel and if sprint owns nextel, then they might not like sprint as well.
So Verizon (NYSE: VZ) is not a good option too.
I would suggest you try contacting at&t wireless. They might give you a better deal.
Im on at&t wireless lowest monthly plan and I have 4,000 plus roll over minutes.

Nextel is owned by Sprint, so that'll give you an idea of the service and what-not.

If your staff like Verizon (NYSE: VZ) then maybe in the long run, it'll be better to spend the extra $10K. But ask Verizon and see if they'll match Sprint, it wont hurt to try.
