How do you put a game file (.jar) on an env 2 verizon cell phone using an sd card?

I have an microSD card and I figured out how to get music onto my phone but I can't get games. I downloaded some cell phone games onto my computer from the internet that supposedly are meant for cell phones and of the same screen size as my env 2. They have .jar extension. Where do I put the games onto my SD card (already formatted by phone) from my computer. And once they are on there, how do I get them from my SD card to my phone once I've inserted it in my phone.
step by step if possible. I'm not very technology savi.
