will it cost anything to trade my nV verizon cell phone for a chocolate verizon cell

phone? i currently have the nV cell phone from Verizon (NYSE: VZ) wireless, and i want the chocolate model. will it cost anything to get a different model of cell phone but keep the same plan? thanks =]

I don't know but keep the enV!! EnV are so much much better and so much more durable than chocolates!!! Trust me I have an enV!

1)Your phone does not change your plan. You don't trade in cell phones. Verizon (NYSE: VZ) doesn't do that and it drives me nuts because I'd get such good discounts if they did because I have 5 phones.

2) are you eligible for your upgrade? If the account is in your name and you are eligible for an upgrade, you'll get a 20-100 dollar credit to spend on any phone, plus you buy the phone at the 2 year contract price instead of full retail. If you aren't the account holder, you don't get any credit toward a new phone, but you still get the 2 year contract price, in this case, if you buy the chocolate online with an eligible upgrade, it's free.

3) If you aren't eligible for an upgrade, you have to pay full retail price, which will be more than the current upgrade price of 179.99 for the lg chocolate.

4) I hate my chocolate. I just got it until I can afford to upgrade my phone to the samsung glyde. It's hard to text because all the buttons are linked together, so i'll try to type a d and it will come out as like an m, three o's, and a w. If you're crazy into texting like me, don't get the chocolate. I'm getting the glyde because it has a full keyboard. However, the chocolate is really good for music, but to even put music on your phone, you need to by a micro SD card which can cost anywhere from 20 to 120 bucks or something. Average SD price I see is 49.
