 Will Verizon online replace/fix a cell phone purchased online? I want to purchase a cell phone online instead of at the Verizon (NYSE: VZ) store. I still plan on getting the insurance coverage as well. If I need the cell phone replaced or fixed, will the verizon store take care of it even though I bought it online? (I heard rumors that they make you deal with it through the online services) Does anyone know if this is true or not??? Thanks so much!  |
