HELP! VERIZON EXPERTS! Broken Verizon cell phone with insurance.?

My phone recently broke(the screen is white). I don't think i did anything to it. it just stopped working. I pay $5 insurance. Do u think it would be fixed if i took it in? I have the KRZR. If its not able to be fixed what will happen? Its not online anymore so would they give me a different model of phone? Last question- Would i be able to pick out a new cheaper phone from there?
