Which cell phone is the best; from their plans, services, to everything

else! T-mobile, AT&T, or Verizon? Hi. So..I'm getting trying REALLY hard to get a cell phone for the first time. & I'm trying to negotiate well with my father. & I read that these three phones were the top leading in the US. Anyways, I want to know which phone rules out from all the rest. I'm talking best plans for calls, & especially texting, to best customer service, to best quality, & anything rad that comes with it. Like aim messaging, or going on facebook...or w/e, & it does not have any problems. I just am looking for a phone that will help me with everything, & will make us all happy.
So...can someone please help out? I'm really not good at this kind of stuff.
