Question about Cell phone insurance with verizon voyager vs the voyager titanium??

Plz help =)? Hello,
My voyager has water damage and i have insurance.. so i wanna pay the $50 deductible to get my phone from asurion. but my question is do you think if i ask them, if they will give me the different color, which is the voyager titanium? They are both the same price so i dont see why not...

I really doubt it, the insurance normally sends out reconditioned/remanufactured phones (meaning they were broken and were fixed by the manufacturer)

and as the titanium just came out there wouldn't be any reconditioned phones in stock.

No. I tried asking for a different color razr once and they said i couldn't because it wasn't the type i purchased. It sucked I was so mad too. But the new voyager looks awesome cuz of the new Firmware update that it has i have a black voyager now and i'm updating my firmware to the V09 update tomoro haha but honestly i wish they would let u but they are like u can't becaue its not the type of phone u purchased plus i don think they would let u becaue its not hte same firmware update sorry
