What cell phone plan on verizon or at&t is the cheapest?

Right now i have a 39.99 minute plan on Sprint (NYSE: S) and we might be upgrading in money and i'm now getting the urge to text and i'm into having the internet on my phone and i want a stylish phone.

I have AT&T and to me they are stylish, always have new phones and accessories out. They also have the best plan because roll over minutes (Minutes you haven't used roll over to the next month). There reception isn't all that great.

Verizon have better reception then AT&T (most of the time). They have their bad receptions too....But their more expensive and don't have an roll over plan.

Usually they cost about the same. I have ATT and they have really bad customer service and i hardly ever get reception. i personally would go with verizon. I am switching to Verizon (NYSE: VZ) when my contract expires! Hope this helps!
