no because Verizon (NYSE: VZ) uses a diffrent technology than AT&T
Verizon uses a technology called CDMA and AT&T uses GSM which uses SIM cards

You will not be able to use the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) Storm on AT&T because it is a CD-MA phone while AT&T uses the GSM network. Those two networks will not be able to work with each other.

When you are buying the phone make sure that the phone is unlocked, if your phone is unlocked only than you can use your AT&T or any other service on that phone. But usually the phones you buy in US or Canada are locked, so make sure that to phone you are buying is unlocked.

yes you can but your going to have to find a way to get the BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) storm unlocked so you can just use an at&t SIM card for it

You have to make sure you are buying the hybrid (CDMA/GSM) version of BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) Storm. Then, you have to unlock it because I presume Verizon (NYSE: VZ) should have locked it.

You could Google (NSDQ: GOOG) if there is an unlocking software or a technician could do it for you.
