you can not do this. You need to call Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and they will change it in their computer. its all computer controlled. If you need an esn change, then they must do it.

They can only change your phone number not the esn. Because that is a federal stock number, that isn't manufactured or controlled by verizon. The esn number is used by the manufacturing company to keep track of the phone and its parts.
