Yes, there are better plans out there for your phone if you stayed in Florida then I would say go with Metro Pcs. but since you travel I would go with something like T-mobile.

if that is where your bill is being sent to and there is no service there you can call customer service and tell them this. they will do a bit of investigating but if they see there is no service there they will let you out of your contract with no termination fee!!
