Verizon Wireless Cell Phone Question Please Answer ASAP?

Hey alright well I have the enV2 right now and I don't love it so much, it has been having problems and I've already gone through a couple! If I go to Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and tell them that I am fed up with the enV2's problems will they give me another phone? Or can I buy a new one even though my 2 year contract isn't up...If so how much would that cost? THANX

Finally someone with the same problem just a different phone! if your lucky sense this has been happening to you so much you'll get another one for free. but sense you want a new phone here's what you can do. You can either cancel your contract and buy a new phone. which you should try to avoid because it''s REALLY expensive.(around 150 just to cancel the contract!) Or you can buy a phone without a contract, try ebay and tell Verizon (NYSE: VZ) to switch the service from the phone you have to the one you bought. Sense you've been having this problem alot they might give you a new phone or give you a discount to end your contract and start a new one.

well really i was having the same prob as u with glyde but they may jusy say alright you have had to many new phones from us and they well pick the cell they give you with a txt boared but if u want a new phone with 2 year con then it may cost u over 350 for a good phone even u know it says 199 but if the contrat is not up then u pay retail price which is the price of over 350

yeah if you do that they should give you a diffrent phone and if you do buy a new one it would just cost you money. so i would go there and tell them im fed up and i want a diffrent phone. I had the same problems with the at&t quickfire
