I broke myy verizon cell phone & i jus got another one in the mail & i dont know how

2 activate it...? i tired the *288 number or whateva but it says tha i hav 2 call from a landline.. can i still activate it online??& if so how??

Call *611 and they will tell you exactly what you need to do. when mine came in the mail i used my roommates phone (cuz she had verizon) to call the *611 number and they activated it for me over the phone. All they needed was some of the numbers from the inside of the phone. Hope this all helps. Good Luck.

if you call *611 they will charge you -- so just say it wasn't letting you do it by *288 and it will waive it

ohh and by the way its *228 -- maybe thats why its not working?

I'm not sure. Try to take it to the nearest shop and see whats wrong with it.
