calling me? Its one of those evil people trying to steal my identity! The number is 2134262701 and I have already filed a FCC complaint. Just wondering if Verizon (NYSE: VZ) has a simple block call number, where I can punch it in and poof I never get another call from that number!

I know that they have two options for controlling your phone book one is online and costs like 5 bucks a month and one is based on which phone you have and you can lock the phone to where you can only make or receive calls to people in your phone book but not all phones have that.
If you go onto the verizone website that have an IM tech assistant that should be able to help you

1. Go into your Verizon (NYSE: VZ) (NYSE: VZ) Wireless Account on-line. "My Verizon" (Please make sure you have an account all ready or you just created an account)

2. Then Go To "My Services"

3. Choose the SPAM Control: There you can add up to 5 phone numbers that you do not want to contact you. This also prevents these #s from text messaging you.
*Press APPLY then you are done. They block these #s for 3 months at a time. So you will have to repeat the steps in 3 months.
*To Unblock these #s, do the same exact steps as above, except just delete the number you want to unblock. Press "APPLY" and the number is unblocked.
