Default Verizon cell phone text message update help?
I have a Treo 700w and I'm having problems sending text messages. It happened once before, and their customer support gave me some number to call (i thought it was *37 but that wasn't right). When you dial this number it updates the texting software or something like that. can anyone help??

Call Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and ask them. You can do it from your phone, or take it into a Verizon dealer. Also, as the above person said: "Wrong place to post". Good luck
