You should be able to delete these messages when you read them. That should be an option. But once viewed and closed you might have to look for them. In some phones the text messages from the cell phone company are in a different folder than the text messages from users of that company. Check for other types of messages such as SMS messages and look in that folder and see if you can delete them.
