Default Virgin mobile pre paid phone?
is there a certain amount of money i have to keep in the account after i use my top-up cards? because i have 4.47 left in my account and it sent me a message saying its low.

Only if you bought a bundle from them & dont have enough in your account to pay for the next month otherwise you dont need to top up straight away.
