My virgin mobile phone was stolen. About buying a new cheap one...?

When I first suspended my account it took me to a page where I could buy the xtc for 59.99. Refurbished I think. But now I can't access that page.
When I log into my account it says I found my phone, Swap phones, and shop for a new phone.
There are links for all of those above. Which one do I press to buy a phone at the reduced price again?!
For swap phones, it says it will turn my account back on and not do do this unless I found my phone or are about to switch Is that what I need?
I tried shop for a new phone but it just logs me out and says you are logged out. Thank you.

Thanks. I tried customer service but she had no idea what I was talking about.

There's a few very easy things you can do to resolve this issue.

1. Virgin Mobile has a phone replacement program. Just call 888-322-1122 and tell them that your phone was stolen and would like to participate in the phone replacement program. I believe they will try to set you up with a phone identical to the one you lost, or cheaper.
   
2. Or, another very easy thing to do is buy a new phone. You can buy Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) phones at Best Buy, Wal-Mart, Target and Radio Shack. You can also buy a phone at our website. Just log in to your account, select phones at the top of the page and you should be able to purchase a new phone directly from us.
