Jade,
Here's how you block callers from calling: - On you Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) phone, go to Menu -> Settings -> Security.
- Enter your own four-digit lock code. If you haven't established one yet, it should be the last 4 digits of your Virgin Mobile phone.
- Choose "Selective Call Blocking" and enter up to 10 numbers you would like to block. To unblock a number, repeat the process and delete the number from the list.
Here's how you block unwanted texting: - On the Virgin Mobile website, Log in to your account with your Virgin Mobile number and PIN.
- After you log in, you will be at your account home page. Right in the middle of the page, you will see the Messaging section detailing your messaging plan. Click on "Change Messaging Pack".
- At this page there is no need to change your plan (unless you want to). However, if you scroll down the page you'll see the "Block Text" section. This is where you input the numbers you want to block. Enter the number you want to block and then click "Update".
