| So i got a messaging pack for 1000 texts a month and when i check it the number decreases with every text message i send (of course) but when i checked my money balance on my phone, it is going down too.. I thought that since i had a messaging plan it would just take from the messages and not from my top up balance. Whats going on? Can someone explain this to me? |

| Jessica, If you have a messaging pack bundle, your balance should not be decreasing. The first thing you want to do is verify that you are definitely on a messaging pack. Once you log into the Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) website with your phone number and PIN, verify you are on a messaging pack by looking at the Messaging section of your "My Account" page. You're balance could also be debited for other things, as well. Are you browsing the web? That incurs a separate charge. Also, is your balance decreasing by $0.15 incremental charges once a day? If so, that could be the daily charge for accessing the VirginXL site where you can buy ringtones, games and graphics. You might want to call our care department to get an explanation of charges.
