| So I just got this phone yesterday, and it locked its self this morning when I woke up and turned it on. I tried the last 4 digits of my phone number, and 0000. And all others, like 1234,2345,3456, 2222, 3333, etc. I can't figure out what is the code, can anyone help me? It's a Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) Flare. Oh and I can't call service tech on it, because it says that it limited to only 911 calls. |

| Zelk, That's weird, because the lock code is usually the last 4 digits of the cell phone number. Was the phone previously active under another cell phone number? If you can find out what that old number was, maybe those last 4 digits might work. Another thing that "might" work is try removing the battery and leave it our for a minute or 2. Maybe that will reset it. It's worth a try. If that doesn't work, give our customer service a call at 888-322-1122. Good luck! SA @ Virgin Mobile |
