I'm Having Troubles Sending and Receiving Messages from Other Cell Phones

I am currently having trouble sending and receiving text messages to and from other cell phones. I still receive ESPN Alerts and Facebook Updates and can update my Facebook status via text, but I receive and send nothing to and from cell phones. I am still able to make and receive calls however. Any ideas? I just found out I am able to send and receive messages with my parents who are also Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) users, but thats it.

Sorry about the problems you are having.

That's a tough problem because it could be other carriers not delivering or receiving your messages to their customers, as well. I think you should call our customer service number to get assistance at 888-322-1122.
