Virgin Mobile phone issues?

I have the $14.99 a month text plan (1,000 texts a month). I can also make calls for 10 cents a minute. I could call anyone I wanted with my bonus minutes (the account came with some when I signed up), but now that they're gone, it won't let me call anyone. When I try and call, there's 2 weird noises, it rings once, then it plays the Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) sound thingy. I'm then directed to an automated male voice that helps you with your account. What's up with this?? I just want to make a call...

Anyone know what's wrong? I'd call Virgin Mobile to get help, but...oh yeah, that's right, I CAN'T!
Oh, and I can still text fine, just can't call.
