Virgin Mobile does not allow you to stop certain people from calling you (believe me, I've tried). The best you can do is block them from texting you.

The other solution (and it's quite extreme) is to change your phone number.

You CAN block people from calling and texting you on your Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) phone. Here's how to block calls:

1. On your Virgin Mobile phone, go to Menu -> Settings -> Security.
2. Enter your own four-digit lock code (The 4 digit lock code is usually the last 4 digits of your phone number).
3. Choose "Selective Call Blocking" and enter up to 10 numbers you would like to block.
4. To unblock a number, repeat the process and delete the number from the list

Here’s how to block Messages:

1. On the Virgin Mobile website, Log in to your account with your Virgin Mobile number and PIN.
2. After you log in, you will be at your account home page. Right in the middle of the page, you will see the Messaging section detailing your messaging plan. Click on "Change Messaging Pack".
3. At this page there is no need to change your plan (unless you want to). However, if you scroll down the page you'll see the "Block Text" section. This is where you input the numbers you want to block. Enter the number you want to block and then click "Update".
