Hey Monica,

Thanks for your interest in Virgin Mobile! The best phone is relative to what you want to spend and the features you can't live without.

If you're looking to keep things basic (calling, texting and some mobile web browsing), then something like the Arc or the Mantra (both offer Bluetooth and a camera) would be great choices.

If you like to text a lot, use social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter, IM or check/read/send emails, you'll find the Rumor 2 with a full QWERTY keyboard to be a great choice! The Rumor 2 also has Bluetooth, can support side-loading and listening to music via a MicroSD slot, has a 1.3 megapixel camera, and also offers GPS Navigation.

Some other phones I've had good experiences with - X-tc, Slash and Shuttle.

I hope this helps! If you have any follow up questions, feel free to ask or post a response.

Thanks and good luck with your research!
