 what is the best "pay as you go" phone service? Net 10, Tracphone, Cingular,... ...Verizon, Virgin mobile.... I want to buy a cell phone but I dont want to be under a contract so I want one of those "pay as you go" phones and am wanting to know which one is the best. I know that each company has their own plan, minutes are different prices,, and ive heard that some companies have better signal than others. I apperciate any help!!  |
