Good cell phone plan....HELP not virgin mobile!!!!?

Default Good cell phone plan....HELP not virgin mobile!!!!?
So right now i have a Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) phone plan.....I hate it i pay like 20 cents a min and i get 1000 texts for 10 $ a month. I need a good cell phone plan with texting, anytime min. and nights and weekends! and around 40$ it would be awesome if i could get one for around 30$. My friends have alltel U plan do any of you know if its a good plan? and if so how much do you pay a month?
