If their texting isn't messed up, their billing is, and if their billing isn't messed up, their towers are messed up. I swear....it's ALWAYS something with those people!! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS!!!!

I had a pre pay a long time ago. They were the best out of all the prepays I had. They had good ring tones.

For me, I had a bad experience with O2. Bought a phone on contract. The phone kept freezing. Ask for a replacement one in the first week( i had insurance whether you are asking). Never received them. I stop using the phone and they kept invoicing. and never sending the replacement phone. I terminated the contract!

It's not them....It's Sprint.

Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) just leases airtime from Sprint (NYSE: S) and then resells it.
