is the virgin mobile Wild Card Pay-As-You-Go Cell Phone a good cellphone to buy

if i only want texting? i want a pay-as-you go fone but only becuase i want texting tho, and maybe sometimes to make phone calls, does anyone know if its a good company and also wat pay-as-you-go plan should i get?
