Default I can't activate my virgin mobile phone?
I am trying to activate my Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) wildcard on their website, but when i do it it says error, and to call the service. if you call, it costs ten dollars.
yestersday, i lost my phone and couldn't find it, so i activated my old one as back up. i found it today, and i want to reactivate it, but it won't let me. i have entered the serial number correctly and it doesn't work. help???

call from your house phone and activate it that way

Julia: No worries. If you tried to activate you new phone on the web but failed, the Live Advisor can see the steps that you took and if you ask them waive the charge since you really did try.

type ##847446#. go to edit, delete the number listed there, type in your cell number, and do the same with the next one. then press done
