Default Can't Activate my Virgin Mobile Phone!?
I bought a Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) ARC. I went home and tried to activate it but the website told me it wasn't unlocked yet and to bring the phone back to the store. So I went back exchanged phones and the customer service person told me that the phone will activate now. Well, the virgin mobile website is still telling me to bring the phone back to the store. I'm very mad at the phone right now and want it to work!!! ugrhh....please help me!

Now you should realize that you do not possess the skills necessary to deal with activating a phone. Take it back to the store and have them do it. I suspect, however, that you should not even have a phone.

yes i think they have to be activated at the store at the time of purchase
