Default As far as "pre-paid" phones go- how does Virgin Mobile rate?
I know they operate on Sprint's network, so I am aware of the coverage- I want to know if it's a good value and if they offer good customer service? (Please don't give me any dumb answers- I'm sick of people writing "duh"- thanks!)

I had one but I went 20 miles out of town I didn't get reception, but in town it worked fine.

My mom has it. She had some trouble getting through at times. She told me she was going to switch to another prepaid company.

it seems to be the cheapest around. i rarely use my phone so it is a great deal for me. my one customer service call was handled by an idiot, hard to rate them on one call, but he sure was an ass.
