Virgin mobile cell phone help?

Ok, people i keep asking my mom for a cell phone and she keeps saying no. i pick up my sister everyday and if i need to call her its so embarising saying can i use your phone. SHe always have a excuse. I AM KIND OF A BAD KID but thats not the only things i want to pay for it HELP CONVINCE HER
