 Which pay-as-you-go/prepaid cell phone service is best, (Singular, Tracfone,... ...Virgin Mobile, other)? Which would you reccommend as far as having the best quality service, phones, and pricing and easy access to phone cards in stores?  |

| If it is available in your area, I would go with Metro PCS. You buy the phone( starting at 99.00) and then you select a plan. You can get a no frills local calling plan for as little as 30.00 or you can get unlimited long distance for 40.00 and all the features such as caller id and voiceamail for 45.00. There is no cards, you simply go in to an agent and pay the bill, before they renew your service. The reception is pretty good, in fact better than many of friends who had the more popular carriers. You pay the flat fee and there is no limits on the number of minutes you use per month. N contract either, you either pay or you don't to renew service |
