Default how do i activate my virgin mobile cell phone?PLEASE HELP!!?
k, i have a Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) shuttle (prepaid) and i just got it for christmas. and i like tried to activate it @ virginmobileusa.com but stupid, me put in my real age, and it said to call them and let my parents activate it. then my Bro called them to activate my phone and they said in about 4 hours i would get a text to activate it and it would work. well i didnt get a text but i went on the website again and it said it was activated! so i'm like sooo confused becuase my phone still doesnt work! so should i call again or what? PLEASE HELP! thnk ya.

you have to take it in to the cell phone store and they will do it for you.
