Why can't I send or receive picture messages on my Virgin Mobile phone...? ?

I have the Unlimited Text, IM, Pix,Video, Email package for my UT Starcom Super Slice phone. I have had this package before, but once I paid my bill this last month, I can no longer receive picture messages, or send them. Everything els works, just not the pictures...

Yesss. I have the same problem and the same messaging pack. It all worked for like 2 days then all of the sudden I couldn't get pictures, but I could send them and other people would receive. I'm trying to call the company so this wasn't any help haha but I'll let you know.

I assume that your problem is fixed by now, because you both had it back in January :P but I recently had the same problem. Unlimited messaging pack, but then I all the sudden couldn't send or receive picture messages! WTF!!! So I went online to try and figure out a fix, and this came up.

Suddenly struck with an idea, I shut the phone off by holding down the power button, waited a minute or two, then switched it back on...And it worked!
