virgin mobile slash problems?

I have the Virgin Mobile (NYSE: VM) slash and I was wondering what I should do other than call customer service because none of my sound is working? It only works like when I press mute I can hear the other person, but then that way they don't hear me. I'm stuck, I got this phone around christmas time and its perfectly fine, thats the only problem. Perfect condition.
