How much is an vodaphone service charge?

I ordered a product off the internet and i need to cancel it before my 15 day free risk trial period is over or they will charge my card. the number says it is uk toll free but when i ring on my mobile it says i will be charged but depends on your service so does that mean its free from a landline or not? and how much is a vodaphone service charge?
