Default Vodafone Carphone Warehouse Question?

new new phone came from carphone warehouse yesterday, my inital top up came through and my phone is activated. When i bought it from the website i chose the tarriff where if you top up £10 you can call 2345 and get 300 texts and 100 minutes. I don't know how to claim these..how do i do it?
yes i DID call 2345, but its not a customer care line. it's recorded. and it doesnt have the option, this is why i am asking. duh.
