Default Administrator on my Laptop won't let me install Vodafone usb broadband stick?
i bought this laptop second hand for £120 they other day and it needs activating first over the internet, because once the 30 days are up i can't get into the laptop at all what should i do?

You will need to call Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) and buy a key for Windows. Sorry to sound like an asshole, but I think you probably got scammed.
