I need help with my Vodafone Pack!!?

I got a text from Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) in December telling me that on January 8th I would recieve 1000 free anytime minutes. On that day, I recieved another text telling me that my minutes have been applied to my phone. When I tried to call a friend who is also on Vodafone, it told me the message could not be sent because I had no calling credit?? Why didnt it use the minutes in my pack? I really need help before the 30th of Jan because thats when the offer ends!! THANK YOU!!

Although they have claimed that you would get them on the 8th it will be the same as topping up. Therefore it can take up to 48+ hours to register on your account. I would recommend contacting Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) as a precautionary measure but you should find them appearing fairly soon.

Get down to a Vodafone (NYSE: VOD) store, be prepared to complain. If you still have the original text, make sure you keep it to show them. :-)
