Default Can a proxy ip be used on a pocketpc WM5 to get free internet?
I want to know if i can use a proxy ip address to use the internet for free on an orange or any other network. ie maybe using the ip address instead of a server assigned ip address.

No, because you an ISP to even connect to a proxy's ip address.
